Where We Work From 💻
At Catalyst, we currently offer our services online, via teletherapy. Teletherapy can be a comforting and convenient way to access therapy, letting you attend sessions from your own space, avoid travel, and stay consistent even during busy seasons or transitions. Many clients find it easier to open up from the comfort of home. Others may prefer the privacy or routine of in-person sessions—and that’s completely okay. What matters most is that you feel safe, supported, and seen.
And yes, it works. Research shows that online therapy is just as effective as in-person sessions for many concerns, including anxiety and depression (Norwood et al., 2018; Fernandez et al., 2021). Healing can happen from wherever you are—we can start with teletherapy and see what feels right for you.

Catalyst Centre for Therapy was established in 2021 by Anita Ramesh. We are an integrative therapy practice based in Chennai, dedicated to supporting individuals in their emotional and psychological well-being. Initially founded as Catalyst Centre for Counselling, the name was changed in 2025 to Catalyst Centre for Therapy to more accurately reflect the depth and scope of our work. Catalyst is a one-woman team led by Anita, working collaboratively to foster insight, healing, and meaningful growth.
